You work too hard to let conflict derail you.
95% OF PEOPLE THINK THEY KNOW THE EFFECT THEY'RE HAVING ON THEIR COWORKERS,
ONLY 10-25% ACTUALLY DO.

Let us help manage that risk.
Our Services
From City Councils to Sanitation, the Boardroom to the front desk, and Higher Education to K-12, we provide comprehensive training to create workplaces that work for everyone--safe, productive, efficient, and cohesive.
We marry our EPL and Public Leadership expertise to create clear, concrete and relevant education that increases collaboration, establishes systems for success, and creates sustained positive change.
Approach
Let's be clear--it's about the people.
Our workspaces are rapidly shifting in the digital age but the relationship focused workplace evolution will never be out of date. As diverse as our workforce and workplaces are-one size does not fit all.

Using our wedge formula as the starting point, we provide solutions in a myriad of ways--coaching one-on-one, group counseling, department wide trainings, digital activities and more, always research based, and cross-sector tested.
Our Clients
Due to the nature of our work, confidentiality is high on our list of values. Conflict is a delicate and complicated business to be in, but we do it because we believe that everyone deserves good working relationships. We have worked with every size organization from University Systems and city government, to small businesses. We can share no greater testimonial than that of the steady stream of new clients we are referred from our past and long standing clients.

About Us
If you're looking for an infusion of civility and cohesion for your team, then our consultants are here for you. We believe that your people don't have to continue to cycle through entrenched conflict after conflict, compounding the damaging effects on workplace relationships and productivity. We have been assisting organizations large and small for more than two decades. Since 1996 our founders have worked with City Managers, Executive Leadership teams, Presidents and Chancellors of Universities, as well as front line managers and supervisors to identify and remove dysfunctional wedges, repair workplace relationships, and establish systems for success.
After spending years as an employment law trial attorney (representing first plaintiffs and then defendants), Gerry Preciado, our President, realized that by the time his clients called him it was too late: the damage was too deep, relationships too broken and the conflict too great.
